You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you process using our tool meet the specific requirements of the government, institution, or organization you are submitting them to. We do not guarantee that images processed by our tool will be universally accepted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Free Photo Resizer, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
